UNIBLOCK 6/8/1/1

The uniblock 6/8/1/1 of the Lac Novum series is created to fill fresh pasteurized milk, but also suitable to fill other liquids.
It using bottom handle technology that can be adjusted in a very easy way, when changing the format, to any type of new bottles even with different neck sizes.

This Uniblock has been created for low production, 1000/1200 pcs/h on a 5 litres base, is complete platform, four units are positioned inside: the rinsing turret, the filling turret which uses new mechanical nozzle, the single-head capper with pick and place technology (suitable for low speeds) and the brand new generation labels of the Liner-Less® type (Irplast S.p.a.).
The combination of new technology, the quality control of each component and the Italian standard manufacture position this machine at the top in terms of reliability, that allow us to give a 24-month warranty which can be expanded on request by combining it with scheduled maintenance.

The uniblock 6/8/1/1 of the Lac Novum series can be differentiate from other products available on the international market for its quality and completeness

For us quality means the all the parts that are not in contact with the final product, including the base, has to be made with AISI 304 stainless steel and the parts that are direct in touch with the food product in AISI 316 stainless steel.
Using of a new generation of the mechanical nozzle that combine reliability, mainly given by the simplicity of this old and well-tested system, to the new hygienic-sanitary needs.

Having our brand new step labeller machine into the 6/8/1/1 Uniblock, that uses brand new generation labels type
Liner-Less®, it makes it complete, compact and autonomous; and allows to go from the empty bottle to the finished product with a single machine.
