Description
La FS R 2 + 2 PCM of Perpensum serie is a weight filler with manual load and unload that is differentiate from other products available on the market for its quality and completeness.
This platform is suitable to manage products having a different viscosity and it is equipped with two independent circuits powered with two pumps plus inverter. This feature allows the system to work with two different products at the same time
The whole machine is made with AISI 304 including the piping, while in case of food they are made by AISI 316L.
For a flammable product with a very high viscosity that need to be filled at high temperature and in a ATEX environment, we have design for this filler some optional like stem heater,
forced ventilation in all machine cabin with a controlled recycling and other solution to manage these sensitive products.
The filler is equipped with dummy bottles already installed in the machine for the C.I.P. phase with quick insertion. The height of the filler can be adjusted to handle bottles with significantly different heights.
The combination of the chosen technology, the quality control put in place to produce each component and the quality of Italian manufacture, places our machines at the top in terms of reliability, thus allowing us to give a 24 month guarantee, extendible to 60 months when it is combined with a maintenance program scheduled.
